We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our client’s healthcare team, with a primary focus on women's health and primary care. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive and patient-centered care, demonstrating expertise in women's health issues and a strong foundation in primary care practices. While experience in gynecology is preferred, they welcome applicants with a solid background in family medicine who are eager to expand their skills in women's health.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine gynecological examinations, including pelvic exams, breast exams, and Pap smears.
• Diagnose and treat common women's health conditions, such as menstrual disorders, contraception management, and menopausal symptoms.
• Provide preconception counseling and family planning services.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, prescribing appropriate medications and treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures, lifestyle modifications, and health maintenance practices.
• Promote wellness and disease prevention through patient education and community outreach.
• Foster open and empathetic communication with patients, addressing their concerns and providing emotional support.
• Discuss treatment options, potential side effects, and involve patients in shared decision-making.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (FNP program).
• Current state Nurse Practitioner license and national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong background in primary care, with a preference for experience in women's health or gynecology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.

Please note- The annual base salary range is $100k to $130k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
