Client seeking NP/PA for contract assignment in Eagan, MN from January 15 - March 30. Split rotation between two sites, Monday/Tuesday at site 1, 7:00am - 4:00pm; Thursday/Friday at site 2, 7:00am - 4:00pm; all with a 60-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, physicals, and acute issues. Clinic is staffed by 1MA and 1 RN. Candidates must have 2+ years of primary care and chronic disease management experience.
