Location: Oregon, 1 hour from Portland, OR airport
Rate: hourly plus expenses
LOA: 6 months.
Start: in 2 months once credentialing complete
Certs: OR license, DEA, BLS
Closest Airport: Portland, OR
Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday, no work on Wednesday's, 730a-6p.
EMR: Epic
Other info: Outpatient, 15-17 ppd. Staffing Mix: Dedicated MA, case manager on-site, easy access to pharmacy consults, and many specialties within our organization (cardio, neuro, ortho, psychologists, and others). Need charts completed in 72 hours.
