- Salary Range: $142,000 - $193,000 b.o.e. & responsibilities
- Loan repayment - Qualifies for federal and state loan repayment
- $5,000 CME/year
- Incentive bonus can earn up to $32K based on productivity and program compliance
- Starting bonus $15,000
- 4 weeks PTO first 2 years, 5 weeks PTO years 3-6, 6 weeks PTO 7 years and beyond

- Must hold a valid CA medical license or ability to obtain
- Office hours Monday " Friday
- Flexible schedule can work 4 ten-hour days (8am " 7pm) or 5 eight-hour days(8am " 5pm)
- See on average 20-22 patients per day
- Rotate phone call every 13thweek
- Centricity EMR
- Residents can apply

- Location: 1.5 hours north of Sacramento
