Client seeking NP/PA for contract assignment in White Bear Lake, MN from November 6 - January 29. Hours are Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm for training, then Thursday/Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm; all with a 60-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, and physicals. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience and DEA license to be considered for this assignment.
