Client seeking PHY/NP for per diem assignment in Clayton, GA from November 7 - December 29. Specific shifts are November 7, 22, December 7, 8, 11, 12, 27, 28, and 29. Hours are Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm; Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm; all with a 60-minute break. Provider will see adults for primary care and acute care. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
