Client seeking NP/PA for contract assignment in Hayward, CA from October 16 - November 17. Hours are Monday/Wednesday, 7:00am - 5:00pm; Tuesday/Thursday, 10:00am - 7:00pm; Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. Clinic is staffed by a MA. Provider will see ages 3+ for primary care, acute care, and possible occupational health. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment as well as BLS/ACLS. Previous experience in urgent care/occupational medicine and phlebotomy certification is preferred.
