Family Nurse Practitioner - Employee Wellness Clinic - Cambridge, IN
- Low patient volume
- Duration: 10/4/23 - 11/3/2023 with extensions options or even go permanent!
- Schedule: 4 days/week Monday 8am-5pm, Tuesday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 8am-6pm, Friday 7am-4pm (1 hour lunch for all shifts)
- Job Duties: Primary care, chronic disease management and light occupational health to include DOT physicals, DOT certification is a must.
