Client seeking NP/PA for per diem assignment in Midland, TX from September 11 - October 4. Specific shifts are September 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, October 2, 3, 4. Hours are Monday, 1:00pm - 5:00pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, 7:45am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for acute and chronic disease management. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
