Client seeking NP/PA for contract assignment in Freedom, CA from September 11 - January 26. It is a rotating schedules of Week 1: Tuesday - Saturday and Week 2: Monday - Friday. Hours are Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, 10:00am - 7pm, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Tuesday, 10:00am - 7:00pm.
Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, and wellness programs. Clinic is staffed by a Provider and MA. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in clinical setting and BLS and/or ACLS. Experience in urgent care or occupational medicine and phlebotomy certification are preferred.
