Client seeking NP or PA for contract assignment in Countryside, IL from September 5 - October 31. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; Thursday, 10:00am - 7:00pm; all with a 30-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, wellness visits, physicals, chronic disease management, and acute care. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered. DOT certification is preferred.
