Client seeking NP/PA for contract assignment in Golden Valley, MN from August 28 - December 1. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 4:30pm; Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. Provider will see 18 months and up. Duties include diagnosing and treating chronic diseases and acute/episodic occurrences; performing physical examination and preventive health measures; ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests; recording physical findings and formulating plan and prognosis; submitting health care plans and goals; prescribing or recommending drugs or other forms of treatment; referring patients.
Clinic is also staffed by one provider. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in clinical setting to be considered for this assignment. BLS/ACLS is also required. Experience in urgent care/occupational medicine or phlebotomy certification is a plus.
