NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health (formerly Coney Island Hospital), located in Southern Brooklyn, accommodates more than 250,000 outpatient visits, more than 89,000 emergency room visits, and with 371 beds, more than 15,000 inpatient admissions annually. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Medical Center and New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in order to maintain its high standards of healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care in an inpatient and outpatient setting
  • Manage a direct outpatient panel of patients
  • Participate in system-wide performance improvement and quality management projects, as needed
  • Work collaboratively with Physician Staff
  • Provide medical education to medical students as needed

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Nursing
  • Nurse Practitioner Certification
  • Current NYS Nurse Practitioner License
  • Active DEA License
  • Cultural sensitivity to a diverse and under-served patient population
  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is required prior to hire

Compensation:

  • Min USD: $115,000.00 Annually
  • Max USD: $115,000.00 Annually
