Client seeking NP/PA for Per Diem assignment in Saratoga Springs, NY on September 2 - 4. Hours are Saturday, 12:00pm - 7:30pm; Sunday, 12:00pm - 7:00pm; Monday, 10:00am - 7:00pm; all with a 30-minute break. Provider will see employees for occupational health, acute care, and episodic care. Candidates need to have 2+ years of experience in order to be considered for this assignment.
