Client seeking NP/PA for per diem shift in St. Charles, MO on September 12. Hours are 7:00am - 6:00pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ in corporates health clinic. Duties include performing physical examinations and preventive health measures; ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic test to identify and asses; recording physical findings and formulating plan and prognosis; providing written home-going instructions; prescribing/recommending medications or other forms treatments; referring patients. Candidates need to have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
