Client is seeking NP/PA for contract assignment from August 21 - December 1 in Covington, IN. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, 9:00am - 6:00pm; Tuesday, Thursday, 6:00am - 3:00pm; Friday, 7:00am - 11:00am. Provider will see ages 3+. Duties include diagnosing and treating chronic diseases and acute/episodic occurrences; performing physical examination and preventive health measures; ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests; recording physical findings and formulating plan and prognosis; submitting health care plans and goals; prescribing or recommending drugs or other forms of treatment; referring patients. Clinic is staffed by one MA and one APP.
Specific shifts are August 21 - 25, 28 - 31, September 1, 4 - 8, 11- 15, 18 - 22, 25 - 29, October 2 - 6, 9 - 13, 16 - 20, 23 - 27, 30 - 31, November 1 - 3, 6 - 10, 13 - 17, 20 - 24, 27 - 30, December 1. Candidates need to have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment as well as experience in a clinical setting. Must also have experience with an EMR system and be licensed in the state. Preferred qualifications are phlebotomy certification and experience in urgent care or occupational medicine.
