A physician-owned, provider-led, multi-specialty group in Oregon’s Mid-Willamette Valley, is actively recruiting an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to assume a busy Family Medicine practice.

Practice Opportunity

• Family medicine practice without obstetrics
• Full-time; 40 hours per week, includes 34 patient contact hours

• Integrated Behaviorist embedded in the practice

Qualifications

• AANP or ANCC certified family or adult geriatric nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant
• Experience independently managing a busy, outpatient primary care practice preferred
