Client is seeking a NP/PA for contract assignment in Richmond, VA from ASAP - December 31. Hours Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider will be seeing patients in a primary care clinic for preventive care, acute/sick care, chronic disease management, immunizations and allergy injects, lab draws and phlebotomy, biometrics screenings and CLIAPOC testing. There may also be some administrative responsibilities. Clinic consists of four staff members: provider/manager, MA, RD, and Behavioral Health (LCSW). Candidates need to have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment. Preferred qualifications are experience with EPIC.
