Client seeking NP/PA for contract assignment in White Bear Lake, MN from August 21 - November 19. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, office visits, physicals, and telephone encounters. On-site are also a MA/LPN Clinical Assistance and RN/NP Health Center Manager. Client requires onboarding/training of 2-3 weeks with the hours of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm; Wednesday, 10:00am - 7:00pm. Once training is completed then hours are Thursday, Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm. All comes with a 60-minute lunch break. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment. Preferred qualifications are 3+ years experience in Primary Care and Chronic Condition Management Experience with Epic EMR experience.
