· Support Staff: full support staff including interpreters
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: full time
· Patients per day: ~20ppd
· Patient Population/Age: all ages
· Department Description: community health for all people in the community
· EMR: NextGen
· Skills Required: minimum of 2 years’ experience in community health centers
Practice Setting:
• FQHC serving all members of the community; very diverse setting
Travel Logistics:
· Local candidates only
Requirements:
· Board Certification: yes
· License Required: must have active MA license
· DEA: yes, required
· CSR: MCSR
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
