Schedules:
Cedar Hills - 2695 SW Cedar Hills Blvd Beaverton, OR 97005
- Sun 9am-6pm, Mon & Tues 8am-6pm, Weds 8am-1pm
- Weds 1pm-6pm, Thurs & Fri 8-6pm, Sat 9am-6pm
Hawthorne - 3325 SE Hawthorne Blvd Portland, OR 97214
- Sun 9am-6pm, Mon & Tues 7am-5pm, Weds 7am-12pm
- Weds 12pm-5pm, Thurs & Fri 7am - 5pm, Sat 9am-6pm
Each clinic will have 2 NPs. 1 will work Sun-Wed and the other Wed-Sat. Wed are half days.
Urgent care (acute), very little injuries, mostly cold/cough/flu. Will take walk-ins and scheduled patients. Need these NP for extra coverage during the flu season.
Orientation starts 9/18 and will be Mon-Fri for 2 weeks, then the rotation schedule will start.
Interviews are in person so must be local. 1 year of PC, UC, or ER experience.
Must be able to see all ages.
