A rural healthcare family-practice clinic located in northern Oklahoma, just over 1-hour from Oklahoma City, is seeking a full-time, permanent, Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to assist with their outpatient clinic.

Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year (Exempt)

Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (PA-C) Job Duties:

• PA/NP must have completed an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Training Program and received and maintained certification
• Primary Care, clinic setting
• Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM or 9 AM to 6 PM
• No Weekends or Holidays
• Permanent, full-time position
• Relocation assistance available, if qualified
• Looking for an individual with clinic, hospital, corrections, acute, or equivalent experience

Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (PA-C) Requirements:

• The Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) is highly preferable to have at least 1 year of provider experience within rural medicine settings; Preferably in a clinic, hospital, or another type of acute care setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates must be graduate from an accredited medical program.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma nurse practitioner/physician assistant licensure
• the provider MUST be comfortable serving within a smaller community and providing rural medical care to patients
• Highly preferable to be board certified; board-eligible is required
