A well-established and growing integrative and functional medicine clinic in Milwaukee is seeking a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner / APNP to join its collaborative team.
This practice focuses on root-cause medicine and holistic, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is passionate about functional and integrative medicine and committed to helping patients achieve long-term wellness.

women's hormone replacement therapy, estrogen & progesterone for menopause,

weight loss GLP-1s,

GI treating IBS & SIBO and/or

thyroid/endocrinology.
Job Responsibilities
Manage patients with hormone imbalances, thyroid disorders, GI conditions, and weight management needs
Prescribe and manage medications and supplements within scope
Maintain timely and professional chart documentation
Respond promptly to patient communications and care coordination needs
Utilize a "food as medicine" and lifestyle-based approach in patient care
Qualifications
Prescriptive authority in Wisconsin
Strong interest or experience in functional, integrative, or holistic medicine
Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), thyroid management, GI health, and weight loss preferred
Willingness to learn and train in functional medicine if not already experienced
