Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive endocrine care to diverse patient populations.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, perform examinations, and order necessary diagnostic tests.
  • Educate patients and their families about management and lifestyle modifications.
  • Flexibly float between sites as coverage demands, ensuring seamless patient care.

Required Skills:
  • Valid and current PA or NP licensure in the state of practice.
  • Proven experience in endocrinology or a strong foundational knowledge of endocrine disorders.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to float between multiple sites.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience with chronic disease management, including diabetes and metabolic disorders.
  • Certification in endocrinology or specialized training in endocrine care.
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in endocrinology or a related specialty.
  • Demonstrated competence in patient education and chronic disease management.

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to travel and float between multiple healthcare sites.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers an attractive hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits (W-2), referral bonuses, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws.
