Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine (Lead)

Position Overview
Lead NP/PA role combining clinical practice with administrative and operational oversight
Support quality initiatives, strategic planning, and clinical performance improvement
Support credentialing, privileging, quality oversight, and risk management
Collaborate on operational and financial initiatives including CDI, RVU trends, MIPS metrics, reimbursement opportunities, budgeting, and cost savings efforts
Support accreditation, certification, and recognition efforts
Practice Details
Emergency Department annual volume approximately 67,000
EMR: Epic
Cross credentialing required at affiliated facilities listed in the Order
Requirements
Active Louisiana NP or PA license
Board certified or board eligible as an NP or PA
ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
