Compensation
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $60/hour to $105/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k.

- This is a Freestanding Emergency Department
Emergency Department
- ED Volume: 17,000
- ED Beds: 22 with 2 resuscitation pods and 2 psych rooms
- 24h Physician coverage with 10 hour APP coverage daily for average volumes of 48/day
- ED Admission Rate: 11%
- EMR: Epic
- Full-service, free-standing emergency department (FSED)
- Dedicated CT with 24/7 read by radiology 24/7
- Emergency services include pediatrics, mental health, and sexual assault treatment
- MRI is available Monday through Friday
- Case Management support on-site
- Case management support is 12h/day but is based in Easton
- All UM shore sites have helipad
- All UM shore sites have glidescope and Phillips Sparq or sonosite US available
- All sites have Behavioral health response team and sexual assault response teams available 24/7
- All sites have 24/7 flow/transfer coordinators.
