Compensation
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $60/hour to $105/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k.

- Average 53 visits per day
- ED Beds: 12 with 2 resuscitation bays
- Staffing Model:
- 24 hours of Physician coverage
- 10-12 hours of APP coverage
- EMR: Epic
- Full-service, Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED)
- Dedicated CT with 24/7 radiology reads
- Glidescope and Sonosite PX US
- Helipad on-site
- Coverage includes all UM Shore locations (Easton, Cambridge, Chestertown)
