Submission Requirements
- Dates of Coverage: July 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026
- Schedule Options:
-
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
-
9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
-
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- ED Patients Admitted Daily: 6%
- ED Physician Group Size: 10 physicians
- Trauma Designation: Critical Access Hospital
- Patient Population: Pediatric through Adult (skews older/geriatric)
Submission Requirements
- Must be board Certified NCCPA (PA) or AANP (NP) - [REQUIRED]
- ACLS - [REQUIRED]
- Must have 2 years' experience in Emergency Room (No new grad) - [REQUIRED]
- Active MA license - [REQUIRED] need prior to start.
- Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month)- [REQUIRED] at time of presentation.
