Position Title: Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) – Locum Tenens
Location: Springfield, Cottage Grove & Florence, Oregon
Contract Dates: June 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
Compensation: $125
Schedule Type: Flexible

Overview
Our client is expanding Emergency Medicine coverage beginning June/July 2026 and is seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for system-wide coverage. Providers will be credentialed at all three locations and must be willing to work at each site.
Only top-tier providers with clean professional records will be considered (no DUIs, malpractice history, or red flags).
Primary Practice Locations
Springfield, OR (Start 7/1/2026)
- 384 beds
- Level II Trauma Center
- ~250 ED visits per day
- 9–12 hour shifts (final model pending)
- APC shifts approx. 10 hours
Cottage Grove, OR (Start 6/1/2026)
- 14 beds | 9 emergency bays
- 13,678 annual ED visits
- MD: 7a–7p, 7p–8a
- APP: 10a–8p
Florence, OR (Start 6/1/2026)
- 21 beds | 11 emergency bays
- 11,246 annual ED visits
- MD: 7a–7p, 7p–7a
- APP: 10a–10p
