Job Opportunity: Emergency Medicine / Inpatient Hybrid Position
Practice Medicine in… HAWARDEN, IA
START DATE: Feb 10-19, 2026
CREDENTIALING: a few days
EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of experience practicing autonomously
Ability to perform all procedures in the Emergency Department and Inpatient Setting
Active IA License or the ability to obtain
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Independent Contractor (1099)
Malpractice Insurance Covered by RPG
Call room available on site
$216,000/year for 10 shifts per month
SCHEDULE & CALL
10, 24-hour shifts/month | 24/7 Call Coverage

Swing Bed Weekly Rounding: Once per week to discuss transition of care for the swing bed patients.
Hawarden is a licensed 25 bed CAH with 17 actual beds; They have a full radiology complement except nuclear medicine on site. HRH has three clinics, 2 provider based/RHC and 1 freestanding clinic. One clinic is attached to the hospital and the other two are within 12 miles from the hospital.
