- Current EHR in use: Cerner
- Trauma Level/Designation: Provisional Level 4
- Annual ER volume: 20,000
- Estimated credentialing timeframe * 90 days *
- Requirements: Board Certified NP/PA, local providers, clean background, DEA, MI License, ACLS/PALS
