seeking a Locum NP/PA to support Emergency Department coverage due to a recruitment gap. The APP will work autonomously while having on-site physician support available at all times.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage acute and urgent conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and EKGs
• Coordinate admissions and transfers as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital staff
Qualifications
• Active Michigan license (no IMLC)
• DEA, ACLS & PALS required
• Minimum 2 years recent ED experience
• Clean background and current NPDB
