This role is perfect for confident APPs who enjoy independent practice with on-site physician support at all times and a collaborative team environment 🤝

📻 Paramedic/ambulance radio supervision required

🩺 Surgical & specialty support including Orthopedics, OB, General Surgery, Neurology & Urology
🚑 Access to nearby referral centers within ~40–75 minutes when needed
✅ Requirements (All Required – No Exceptions)
✔️ Board-Certified NP or PA
✔️ Extensive recent Emergency Department experience
✔️ Active Michigan license at time of name clear
✔️ DEA (verbal confirmation accepted at name clear)
✔️ ACLS & PALS
✔️ Local providers only
