Exciting locum opportunity for an experienced Emergency Medicine NP/PA to work autonomously in a supportive, physician-backed Emergency Department. Enjoy steady daytime shifts, manageable patient volume, and a collaborative care environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat ED patients
• Manage low-to-moderate acuity cases
• Collaborate with on-site Emergency Physicians for consults
• Respond to ED emergencies and ambulance arrivals
• Document care using Cerner EMR
Qualifications
• Board Certified NP or PA (Required)
• Active Michigan License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ED experience
• ACLS & PALS certifications
• Clean background for expedited credentialing
• Local provider required
Working Hours
• Day shift only
• 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• 10-hour shifts
• No call requirements

• Strong triage and patient assessment skills
• Effective communication and teamwork
• EMR proficiency (Cerner preferred)
