- Schedule: 11 AM - 9 PM daily
Clinical Details
- Trauma Level: Provisional Level 4
- Number of Beds: 25
- Average Patient Volume: 20 per day
- Call: No call required
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff: 1 full-time NP, 2 PRN PAs
Requirements
- Board Certified NP/PA
- Michigan License required at time of clear
- ACLS/PALS
- DEA
- Must have a clean background for quick credentialing
- Provider must be local
- Immunization records required: Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu (current season), Covid Documentation, TB (within 12 months), TDAP (within last 10 years)
