Coverage Needed
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Mostly day shifts (7am-7pm), with the possibility of some nights (7pm-7am)
- Weekday and weekend coverage
- Cover 2 sites
Clinical Details
- Daily patient volume: 6-10
- Required procedures: Central line, arterial line, intubation, and chest tubes
- Support Staff: 1 MD present for half of the shift and 1 APP present for the whole shift
Requirements
- Case logs for the last calendar year, required at time of submission
- Requires 10 intubation, 10 central lines, 10 arterial lines, and 10 chest tubes within the past for 24 months
- Active FL License and FL DEA at time of presentation
- DEA must remain in Florida for duration of privileges being active
- Board Certified
- ACLS
