Patient Population: -
Setting: Emergency Medicine / Inpatient
Responsibilities: Function as sole provider covering ED and Med/Surg
Required Procedures: Emergency Care, Inpatient, Skilled Care
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: 1 provider, 2 RNs; 1 Paramedic (occasionally CNAs and NPNs)
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active IA License
- DEA and CSR in hand
