- Patients Per Day: 35
- EMR System: EPIC
Requirements
- Active NY state license and NY DEA
- Active board certification: ABMS boards in EM, FM, IM; ANCC or AANP; NCCPA
- Residency trained in EM, FM, or IM
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS (AHA) required for all; ATLS required for FM/IM boarded and APPs
- Flu and PPD immunizations required (waiver considered)
- Privileging Timeframe: 45-60 days
- Minimum Shifts Acceptable: 7
