Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Urgent Care / Emergency Medicine in Fayetteville, NC!

We are seeking highly skilled Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine
  • Board certification in your respective certification (PA Cert, Family NP Cert, NCCPA, or NP Boards)
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR system and ability to navigate charting efficiently
  • Ability to see and treat all patients independently, including adults and pediatrics (6 months and up)
  • Strong soft skills for engaging effectively with support staff and patients alike
  • Current BLS certification and appropriate state licensure and credentials

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repair, ear irrigation, and others
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume urgent care setting
  • Comfort managing a patient volume up to 40 patients per day depending on the site
  • Ability to support multiple locations within a 65-mile radius of your residence
  • Capacity to adapt to multiple shifts and participate in onboarding and EMR training

Educational & Other Requirements:
  • Successful completion of clinical training with a minimum of one year of relevant practice
  • No travel or lodging reimbursements; mileage reimbursement only
  • Flexibility to support various shifts; specific schedule details are to be discussed
