What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine
- Board certification in your respective certification (PA Cert, Family NP Cert, NCCPA, or NP Boards)
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system and ability to navigate charting efficiently
- Ability to see and treat all patients independently, including adults and pediatrics (6 months and up)
- Strong soft skills for engaging effectively with support staff and patients alike
- Current BLS certification and appropriate state licensure and credentials
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repair, ear irrigation, and others
- Prior experience working in a high-volume urgent care setting
- Comfort managing a patient volume up to 40 patients per day depending on the site
- Ability to support multiple locations within a 65-mile radius of your residence
- Capacity to adapt to multiple shifts and participate in onboarding and EMR training
Educational & Other Requirements:
- Successful completion of clinical training with a minimum of one year of relevant practice
- No travel or lodging reimbursements; mileage reimbursement only
- Flexibility to support various shifts; specific schedule details are to be discussed
