The Opportunity
Emergency medicine APP work across three KPC hospitals in Southern California — Hemet Global at 327 beds, plus Menifee Global and Victor Valley Global. Roughly two patients an hour, working alongside board-certified emergency physicians. The case mix is broad because these are the community hospitals their regions actually depend on, and ambient AI dictation means the charting doesn't follow you home.
What You'll Own

- Ambient AI dictation, which at this volume is the difference between leaving on time and not.
Must-Haves
- NP or PA
- At least one year of experience
- Active California license

- Prior emergency medicine experience
- Willingness to cover more than one site
- Paragon familiarity
What Working Here Is Actually Like
- $80/hr, W-2.
- Full W-2 benefits. Medical, dental and vision from the first of the month after hire; employer-paid life at 1x salary up to $300,000; employer-paid long-term disability at 60% of salary; 401(k). The benefit plan year runs 1 October to 30 September.
- 40 hours of sick leave.
