Are you looking for a new Emergency Medicine opportunity? StaffMed Health Partners is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time, permanent Emergency Medicine position in Southwest Louisiana. This role offers the chance to work in a busy community ED with strong physician support, flexible scheduling options, and competitive compensation.

- Annual volume: ~22,000 visits
- 14-bed Emergency Department
- Average 50–60 patients per provider/day
- Coverage model: 24/7 physician coverage (12-hour shifts) plus 12–15 hours/day APP coverage
- Varied shifts with some double coverage for added support
- Full-time schedule: 120 hours/month (W2 employment)
- Shift options: 8, 10, or 12 hours
