🚑 Emergency Medicine APP (NP/PA) – Lansing, MI

Shift: 11a–11p (7 days/week) | Market Rate: $110–$120/hr

McLaren Greater Lansing is seeking experienced Board-Certified NP/PAs for their Level 3 Emergency Department (Fast Track ‘VUE’). This is a great opportunity for local providers who want to work independently in a supportive ED environment.

📌 Job Details:

• Patient Volume: ~110 patients/day (divided among providers)

• ED Volume: 40,150 annually | Level 3 ED

• APPs work independently in a 10-bed fast track area (‘VUE’)

• 1 attending physician always available 24/7 for guidance/case review

• 11a–11p single APP shift daily

• Staggered physician coverage (max 3 MDs during busiest hours 2p–6p)

• Emergency Medicine residents onsite (APP not required to supervise)

• EMR: Cerner

• Services available: 24hr Radiology, Lab, OR, Pathology, Surgical Specialties

• Referral protocols: Peds → Sparrow; Severe Trauma → Sparrow; Stroke → McLaren Flint

🧾 Requirements:

• Board Certified NP/PA – required

• Michigan License (no IMLC) – required at name clear

• DEA, ACLS, ATLS – required

• 2+ years recent ED experience – required

• Must be local (no exceptions)

• Clean background for fast credentialing

💰 Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Rate: $110–$120/hr

🧪 Credentialing & Compliance:

• Immunizations required (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, COVID, TB within 12 months, Tdap within 10 years)
