Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering high-quality emergency medicine and urgent care services. This exciting role offers the chance to independently manage a diverse patient population, providing essential care in fast-paced settings that demand clinical expertise, compassion, and professionalism. If you are passionate about patient-centered care and eager to grow within a supportive environment, we want to hear from you.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 months of clinical experience, current board certification (e.g., NCCPA, NP boards), and active BLS certification. Proficiency with Epic EMR is required, and providers must be comfortable working independently as the sole provider in a clinic setting. Excellent soft skills are essential, as this role involves one-on-one interaction with support staff and patients. Candidates should be prepared to perform minor procedures such as I&D, laceration repair, and ear irrigation for both adult and pediatric patients (from 6 months of age).
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in urgent care environments, strong procedural skills, and the ability to handle a patient load of approximately 20 cases per day, with up to 40 depending on the site. Knowledge of Epic EMR with modified training is necessary for charting and documentation.
Additional requirements include certification validation, offsite supervision by a licensed physician, and availability within a 65-mile radius of your residence to support multiple sites. No travel or lodging reimbursement is provided; reimbursement is limited to mileage only. Candidates should be flexible to work various shifts and be adaptable to a fast-changing clinical environment.
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00. The start date is December 9, 2025, with ongoing shifts at multiple urgent care centers. The interview process involves a clinical interview, EMR training, and onboarding before first shift. Support staff includes center managers, medical assistants, and supervising physicians.
If you are a dedicated healthcare professional seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference, apply now to join our team and advance your career in urgent and emergency care. Take the next step toward a fulfilling clinical journey with us.
