We’re currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner with an active Colorado license for an exciting opportunity in our ER/Inpatient Hybrid Program at Melissa Memorial Hospital in Holyoke, CO. This is an excellent fit for providers who enjoy autonomy and rural medicine in a collaborative environment.
🔹 Position Overview
- Facility: Melissa Memorial Hospital
- Location: Holyoke, CO (135 miles from Denver International Airport)
- Coverage Dates: August 16–20
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Position Type: ER/Inpatient Hybrid
- Schedule: 24-hour solo coverage
- Typically, 12–15 hours of active clinical work, with the remainder on call
- Private on-site lodging provided (studio apartment on hospital grounds)

- Inpatient Volume: ~4 patients at a time
