🩺 Must have extensive ED experience | Autonomously working APP role
✅ Position Details:

Autonomous Role – NP/PA sees patients independently; physician available onsite for consultation

ED Volume: ~20 patients/day

Beds: 25

Trauma Level: Provisional Level 4

EMR: Cerner
-
Average hospital admission rate from ED: 8%

Support Team: 1 FT NP, 2 PRN PAs (occasional coverage)
🛠️ Additional Info:

Radiology, Lab, OR available 24/7

Blood Bank (AABB certified), Pathology, and full Surgical Services (Ortho, OB, Gen Surg, Neuro, Uro)

Transfers to Bay Med (40 min) or Lansing (1 hr 15 min)

Site participates in house codes and ambulance radio monitoring
Submission Requirements:

MI License (NO IMLC) – Required at time of name clear

Board Certified NP/PA – Required

Must be local to Michigan – NO travel candidates accepted

Clean background for quick credentialing – No exceptions

DEA, ACLS, PALS – Required

Immunizations: COVID, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, TB (within 12 mo), Tdap (within 10 years)
