Emergency Medicine NP | 1099 | Newburyport, MA | 13 Weeks+ | Epic EMR | Travel Covered
Location: Newburyport, MA
Start Date: September (or ASAP after credentialing)
Contract: 13 weeks with option to extend
Employment Type: 1099
Shifts: 10–12 hours | 4–8 shifts/month minimum
Coverage: Ongoing need | 51 hours/day split (24 MD / 27 APC)
EMR: Epic
Position Highlights:
- Join a newly opened, high-performing Emergency Department
- Annual Volume: 27,000 patients
- 24/7 Emergency, Trauma & “Fast Track” services
- Work with a robust clinical team and advanced tech (e.g. Mako Robotic Arm for ortho)
- Full-spectrum ED care, including peds, women’s health, cancer care, and rehab
Requirements:
- Board-Certified NP in Emergency Medicine
- Active MA license + DEA (required)
- Comfortable with all standard EM procedures
- No licensing assistance available
