Direct Hire Nurse Practitioner Role $60-$85 per hour in Winchester, Virginia
Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our partner's full-time team in the Winchester, VA area. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities for the Emergency Medicine NP:
· Work with a physician group to provide care in a large, trauma medical center
· Manage a caseload of patients, roughly 15-20 per shift, assessing, diagnosing, and treating medical and surgical conditions
Key Requirements for the Emergency Medicine NP:
· 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with an emergency medicine focus or experience
· Must have strong knowledge of emergency in order to assist physicians and APPs
· Experience working alongside physicians in the ED
· Current and valid NP License
Compensation and Schedule for the Emergency Medicine NP:
· Target Compensation is $60-$85/hr, Dependent on Experience (+ additional opportunities)

· 12-hour shifts, flexible shifts/days, NO on-call
