Primary Worksite Name: Rosebud, SD
- Primary Worksite City: Rosebud
- Primary Worksite State: South Dakota
- Worksite Type: Government; IHS
- Start Date: 1 month
- Requirements to apply: Must have 2 years of ER experience. Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months) -Names/numbers of 3 references -U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder -Must have worked within the last 6 months
- Pay Information:
- W2 - 200k per year/ plus Medical, Dental, 401k, Long Term Disability, and life insurance
- 1099 - pay $120 with malpractice covered (Housing is provided by facility)
Privileging Details: • Timeline: 4-6 weeks, Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications – BLS, ACLS & ATLS Fingerprints/background check
- EMR: RPMS
- License State: Any State License accepted
- Worksite: 20 bed hospital, 10 room ER. MDs, RN and MSA support during each shift
Work Schedule: Flexible, 7 on 7 off or 14 on 14 off, 7am-7pm/8am-8pm/7pm-7am 7-14 shifts a month (Flexible Schedule)
