- APP shifts- 9a-9p & 5p-5a
- Physician shifts- 7a-7p, 11a-11p & 7p-7a
- Number of beds- 21 beds
- Transfer locations- Any of the Ohio Health facilities
- Transfer %- 9.9
- Admission Rate %- 10.6
- Board Certified Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience - Required
- OH License - Required
- Proof of COVID Vaccination Status - Required
- BLS/ACLS - Required
- Clean background, no malpractice – Required
