JOB DESCRIPTION :
- EMR- EPIC
- Annual Volume- 30,000
- Number of beds- 21 beds
- Transfer locations- Any of the Facility locations
- Transfer %- 9.9
- Admission Rate %- 10.6
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified REQUIRED
- Minimum of 2 years experience - REQUIRED
- OH License - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- Proof of COVID Vaccination Status - REQUIRED
- BLS/ACLS - Current at time of submission
